In this training course you will learn; all sorts of finger spelling and naming conventions across the English sign language. You will start with the basics, such as; numbering, names, basic sign language, before moving on to more complex syntax and situation-specific vocabulary.
The British Sign Language Training Course (Level 1 and 2) covers everything from basic to intermediate levels of the british sign language.

To successfully complete the course you must pass an automated, multiple-choice assessment. The assessment is delivered through our online learning platform. You will receive the results of your assessment immediately upon completion.

The British Sign Language Teacher Training Course (Level 1 & 2) is open to all, with no formal entry requirements. All you need is a passion for learning, a good understanding of the English language, numeracy and IT, and to be over the age of 16.
