This course provides a detailed look at the core aspects of being a flight attendant. In the first module, students are introduced to the aviation industry, including the structure, operations, and regulatory bodies that govern air travel. Module two dives into the various responsibilities of a flight attendant, such as safety procedures, customer service, and emergency protocols. Students will also explore in-flight service excellence, ensuring that passengers have a pleasant experience, from meal service to resolving any issues that arise during the flight.
The course goes further into aircraft technology and equipment, where students will learn about the different systems on an aircraft and how to handle various equipment used during flight. Crew resource management is explored in module five, emphasising teamwork and communication among cabin crew to ensure a smooth and safe flight. Additionally, cultural awareness and communication are crucial for flight attendants working in diverse international settings. This course provides tools for adapting to different cultural norms and interacting effectively with passengers. Lastly, students will learn about personal grooming and professionalism, ensuring they meet the high standards required by airlines.
