Existen algunas estrategias que pueden mejorar su competencia de escucha activa. Nuestro curso le presentará esas estrategias. Le ayudará a comprender las técnicas de comunicación y le mostrará los métodos para desarrollar la empatía a través de la escucha.
A partir de este curso, aprenderá las habilidades básicas de escucha activa. Podrás identificar los métodos de comunicación para expresar tus sentimientos. Este curso lo capacitará sobre cómo desarrollar la empatía a través de la escucha. Le ayudará a adquirir las habilidades de negociación, petición y acuerdos.
