Fire Risk Assessment & Advanced Safety Training

This course is made up of four essential modules that cover all aspects of fire risk assessment and safety measures. The first module, Introduction to Fire Safety, introduces the core principles of fire safety, highlighting the importance of risk assessments and identifying common fire hazards in different environments. The second module, Fire Safety Legislation, explains UK fire safety laws, focusing on the Fire Safety Order and the responsibilities of employers and property owners to carry out fire risk assessments and apply necessary safety measures. In Measures of Fire Safety, the third module, participants learn about methods to prevent and control fire risks, such as fire detection systems, alarms, and fire extinguishers, as well as the importance of building design, including fire exits and safe escape routes. The final module, Fire Emergency Evacuation Procedures, covers the steps to take during a fire emergency, including evacuation planning, the role of fire marshals, conducting fire drills, and ensuring proper communication during an emergency.

By completing this course, learners will be prepared to carry out fire risk assessments and implement effective fire safety measures in various settings.
