Description
Is it in your nature to want to help others and make a positive impact on their lives? Then school counselling may be for you. As a school counsellor, you will be responsible for providing psychological support to children and young people, through a range of therapeutic activities. For this rewarding profession, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be a great listener, and be receptive to others’ emotions.
In the School Counsellor Training , you will develop all the essential skills and qualities needed to be a successful school counsellor. Our experienced instructor will take you through a range of counselling methods and approaches, as you learn about the mental development of children and young people. Through case studies and practical exercises, you will also familiarise with a broad spectrum of psychological disorders, and learn how to provide person-centred therapy techniques.

Method of Assessment
To assess your learning, you have to complete the assignment questions provided at the end of the course. You have to score at least 60% to pass the exam and to qualify for Quality Licence Scheme endorsed and CPD accredited certificates.

After passing the assignment exam, you will be able to apply for a certificate.
